I have been trying for a week to get an edu account--it sends the email to college account but when I click the link and enter my info at the secure website, it just dumps the info and sits there. There doesn't seem to be a pop up...and there is no one to call. Help!

Registration Problem - Shows only old format
I am in a workshop where we are learning Prezi. I just registered on Prezi with an edu account. I am a high school teacher. My account does not show the new format of Prezi. I can't figure out where I went wrong in registering, but I would like to fix the account. Can I re-register somehow or upgrade?

Charged for a Trial.

HELP get my deleted prezi back, that I worked on for so long!
I am doing a art history timeline on prezi. Yesterday when I was on the computer at school I accidently pressed the delete path icon by mistake and lost all my previous work. I s there any way to get it back. If not, I wiill just have to do a word document for my assignment as it is too late to start over. Thanks. Lynn B

Custom logo is lost when portable Prezi is downloaded.
Hi,
We are collaborating with a Prezi Pro member and can see and edit the custom logo when I click Present in edit mode or at the list of Prezis. When I download the portable Prezi however the custom logo is replaced with the Prezi logo.
Is this because we are not Pro, only they have shared their private presentation with us?

How to pay for Edu licence?
I want to pay you 59 USD and get a licence for a year. I tried to pay with my credit card 3 days ago, however it is still displaying "Your purchases: EDUPRO59.00 USDStatus: Pending" ... now I tried to pay with PayPall, and it is not possible Payment error

I cannot complete Prezi EDU License registration. After I complete the form, check the users agreement box and click "sign up" all my information disappears and nothing happens.

Desktop prezi wont save - say's internet is not connected
My desktop prezi won't save, the message is "could not save your prezi, please check your internet connection. To be sure you won't lose any of your work press save once your internet connection is back."
My internet connection is working fine, and why does the internet connection matter if I am trying to save to my desktop or to thumb drive. Thanks

Trouble inserting media from file
I want to insert an animation from a file into my Prezi. When I try to do so using the Media button, I select the file, click "Open" and... nothing. Help?

I save and close the prezi but the next time I open it for editing, the slides I was previously working on and saved are not there, Help?

prezi desktop video inserts stop after a couple of seconds playing....
Hello, totally new and wanting this to be my saviour and favourite bit of software....
I add videos to Prezi Desktop (tied both movs and flvs) and all of them stop automatically after 1-2 seconds of playing. I can scan through and get them to play further in, but they only play in 1-2 second bursts.
What settings do I need to fiddle?
These files are all locate on my desktop and are complete.

Poll Everywhere files not downloading into Prezi since update--Please Help!
Since the update, I cannot use flash files from polleverywhere.com in my Prezis. Does anyone know if this problem is being addressed? Until it is fixed, I have to go back to using PowerPoint... which my students will not be happy about. Thanks!

Hyperlinking Prezi-Objects
Make it possible to link direktly to objects and frames within a prezi, either from within or with external links. This would make possible a semi-structured "reading" of a prezi between the fully structured paths and the completely unstructured bare objects.
The reason I am asking for this is because I'm with a research institute in Oxford and we're currently looking into ways of publishing critical editions of poetry translations online. One aspect of this is having several different translations side-by-side. Linking parts that are different in each translation, thus highlighting different features of the original, is one of our prime concerns.
However, I belive that being able to link directly to prezi-objects could ve very usefull in a number of cases, not just poetry translations. For example, it would enable the use of prezi as stand alone educational instruments, as a kind of educational game with different programmed paths through the given information. Also, since you already seem to be able to link to objects (seeing as that is what you're doing with paths), implementing this shouldn't require major changes to the engine.
