Help Please,

My school project on Prezi disappeared (but the transcript was still visible) - then it accidently got saved and now the transcript is gone as well. Can we please have it rolled back to an earlier version?

Dear Prezi team,

I signed up for a Prezi account on behalf of the agency I work for. When signing up for the free trial, I was told I would be sent an email when the free trial was nearing it's end, therefore determining whether or not I would like to continue or stop. I'm very disappointed to find not only was I not told about when I was nearing the end but I also was also charged. I would like to be refunded immediately. I am extremely disappointed with this service.

I made the upgrade to Enjoy license. I have received a sms from the credit card operator saying that they already charged me. But I cannot enjoy its benefits. Could anybody help me, please?

The colors on my iPad are "off" a little from the correct RGB color codes and the color on my iMac. Is anyone else experiencing this differentiation?

Also, the quality of the shapes I have created on Prezi are all a little rough around the edges.

Any suggestions help.

I'm trying to delete a few slides from my prezi path. It used to be that you could just click on the slide and a little red X would show up so you could delete it. This option is no longer in the new version, and I can't figure out how to delete a slide now.

Is it possible to copy and then paste Prezi symbols (In shapes)? Every time I try to right click and copy or Ctrl + C, I am unable to paste anything. Anyone know if it's just me or Prezi?

I just started using Prezi after a long time in the PowerPoint dungeon, and while I love the "cool factor" of Prezi, I would ask that you add more tools, options and type styles for users to get the most out of their presentations:

1) Ability to Bold, Italicize, Underline, etc.
2) Ability to adjust line spacing
3) Being able to choose sizes exactly — even if you can't adjust font sizes in the traditional way (12pt, etc.), how about a "snap to" option so that all the selected type blocks are formatted the same size?
4) How about an ability to automatically align objects and type areas
5) More list options: numbered lists, different bullet options
6) Being able to set multiple type sizes in a single type area

Almost every single one of these suggestions is currently available in PowerPoint and nearly every other program that allows even basic word processing. I would love to see them added to your to-do list for Prezi.

When I include a link for a you tube on my presentation, a you tube ad pops up with the video and I can't get rid of it--the X does not work to close the ad while in presentation mode. Is there something I can do?

I cannot copy and paste items in Prezi using either the right click menu or cmd + c, this is a new problem as I was able to do this before. This error occurs on the online version of Prezi.

"Point of Views" is a neat format but it should be "Points of View" - there are many vantage-points from which to examine an idea. Please change it.

I want to change the interior of my circle frame so it matches the background, without changing the border of my frame. My backgrounds yellow, but the interior of the frame keeps coming white and it really clashes and does not look professional.

Hello Prezi Staff,

I've been trying to copy and paste some objects together (text and shapes - group together by a box when press shift) from one prezi to another. However, after the object is copied and pasted (ctrl-P), the new object pasted is a text box with "AAA" in it. Is that a bug?

I've done it on a regular basis before so I am somewhat confident that I am doing it right.
